我司省微生物重点实验室高水平论文发表取得重要进展

经统计,201911日至今黑龙江省寒区环境微生物与农业废弃物资源化利用重点实验室共发表SCI期刊文章14篇,其中二区以上文章11篇。

赵青、王伟东和邢宝山教授发表在《Environmental Science: Nano》(一区TOPIF7.704)的封面文章(Response of soil enzyme activity and bacterial community to black phosphorus nanosheets,2020)。以东北黑土和棕壤作为研究对象,探究了黑磷纳米片对土壤酶活性、土壤细菌群落结构和功能的影响。最终基于功能预测发现,黑磷纳米片对两种土壤中细菌群落功能的影响可以忽略不计。

王伟东教授发表在《Bioresource Technology》期刊的文章(Biological pretreatment enhances the activity of functional microorganisms and the ability of methanogenesis during anaerobic digestion. Bioresource Technology, 290(2019)121660),(一区TOP,IF:6.669)。该项研究利用16S rRNA gene和16S rRNA测序并结合宏转录组学,证明了产甲烷古菌Methanosaeta及其独特的代谢途径在生物预处理秸秆厌氧消化中的重要性。

另一篇发表在《Bioresource Technology》期刊的文章(Establishing practical strategies to run high loading corn stover anaerobic digestion: Methane production performance and microbial responses,310 (2020) 123364)(一区TOP,IF:6. 04)。研究采用了半连续的中温以1%的梯度从8%到15%增加负荷,直到体系酸化,再添加不同比例的牛粪使系统恢复稳定运行。采用16S rRNA基因测序技术分析细菌和古菌的多样性。首次在厌氧消化系统中发现了高丰度的深古菌门。

王彦杰教授发表在《Renewable Energy》期刊的文章(Effect of hydraulic retention time on anaerobic co-digestion of cattle manure and food waste, , 150 (2020) 213-220)(一区TOP,IF:4.899),本研究讨论了不同水力停留时间对于牛粪与食物垃圾厌氧共消化的影响,研究结果为沼气场可持续的利用剩余牛粪和食物垃圾提供理论基础,还可以有效提高沼气场的甲烷回收能力。

晏磊教授发表在《Science of the Total Environment》期刊的文章(Magnetotactic bacteria diversity of and magnetism contribution to sediment in Wudalianchi volcanic barrier lakes, NE China,2020, 718)(二区TOP,IF:5.589)。该项研究利用高通量测序等技术,发现了磁性细菌对火山湖沉积物生态系统所做出的磁性贡献。
